Like any teenager and young adult my daughter likes to keep up with the
latest fashion and find way to stay original. She liked to have things
other people don't have. It can get very expensive trying to keep up.
When I found this idea I couldn't wait to tell her about it and try it
out. I wasn't completely sure she would go for it but she loved it! She
has a lot of old sweaters that could use a tune up. So she grabbed one
of them and we went to the thrift store to get some cheap designed
fabric to weave through. We just did this basic shape, but I think she
is going to get more creative with it with her friends. I really enjoyed
being able to spend some time with her doing this and it was super cost
effective.
